Important: All PDF products sold on EnrollAI are digital goods delivered instantly after payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full. Please read before buying.

1. Nature of Products

EnrollAI sells digital PDF documents for exam preparation purposes. These include:

High-yield MCQ banks (e.g. NEET UG, INICET)
Last revision notes, cheat sheets, and summary documents
Combo bundles containing multiple PDFs

All products are delivered as downloadable PDF files via a secure link sent to your registered email and shown on the post-payment page.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

These PDFs are generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and have not been reviewed or verified by human medical experts, educators, or subject matter specialists.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Questions, answers, explanations, drug doses, classifications, and mnemonics are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Frequency tags (e.g. "8/10 papers") are AI estimates based on general training data and do not represent verified statistical analysis of actual past papers.
EnrollAI does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any content in these PDFs.
These materials are intended as a supplementary practice tool only — not as a primary or authoritative study resource.
Always cross-verify important clinical facts, drug doses, and exam-specific content with standard textbooks and official sources.

3. No Guarantee of Results

EnrollAI makes no representation or guarantee regarding exam performance, rank, or selection. Purchase of any product does not imply any promise of marks, percentile, or outcome in any examination.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once a digital product has been delivered (i.e. once the download link has been generated after payment).

This is in accordance with standard digital goods policy under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Since the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, refunds are not applicable.

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Payment was deducted but the download link was never delivered and could not be recovered
Duplicate payment was charged for the same order

To raise a refund claim under these exceptions, contact us within 48 hours of purchase via Telegram @EnrollAIBot with your payment ID.

5. Download Link Validity

Your download link remains active until the relevant exam date. After the exam has concluded, links may be deactivated. We recommend downloading and saving the PDF to your device immediately after purchase.

If you lose access to your download link before the exam, contact us on Telegram with your payment ID and registered email — we will restore access.

6. Prohibited Use & No Reselling

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing EnrollAI PDFs is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.

No reselling: You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit these PDFs in any form — including selling copies, bundling them with other products, or distributing them as part of a paid service.
No sharing: You may not share, forward, upload, or post these PDFs to any Telegram group, WhatsApp group, website, cloud drive, or any other platform — public or private.
Personal use only: Each purchase is licensed solely to the individual buyer for their own exam preparation. The license is non-transferable.
Download link sharing: Your unique download link is tied to your email. Sharing the link allows us to identify the source of any unauthorised distribution.
Legal action: EnrollAI reserves the right to pursue legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable IT laws against any individual or entity found redistributing or reselling our content.

7. Payment & Security

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. EnrollAI does not store your card details. In case of payment failure where money was deducted, contact your bank or Razorpay support — typically resolved within 5–7 business days.
